I have had this gorgeous pup returned to me through no fault of her own. Her mum is very poorly, and bravely, she has made the decision to return her.
Fudge is a 5 month old chocolate Wirehaired Dachshund and is out of my last litter, from my lovely girl, Rhea. She has a wonderful temperament.
She is KC registered and healthy, with no health issues. She is fully vaccinated and up to date with flea and worming treatment.
She has been very well socialised with other dogs and people and is very friendly. She has also been used to older children.
She does very much enjoy the company of other dogs and both myself and her previous owner feel she would benefit from being with another well balanced dog/s, she does need some reassurance in new situations as she gets a little worried, but she is very young and responds well to some reassurance.
She travels exceptionally well in the car and is very relaxed.
She is crate trained and sleeps in one at night with no problems.
Her previous owner had only ever left her for 2 hours maximum, however since having her back she has been left for longer periods and has been very good, but she has been with my dogs. She does show some signs of anxiety when on her own.
Fudge is quite overweight and any new owner wanting to take her on MUST be willing to continue on with a weight loss plan and regular exercise regime. She has been well loved and cared for, she just sadly hasn't had the time put into her for the last couple of months due to her previous owners health.
Fudge also needs someone who will have time to do some basic obedience with her, she has no recall and has never been off lead. (I will be working on this whilst she is with me.)
I am looking for her forever home, this must be someone who has the time to put into training her and continuing her weight loss.
She is sold with breeding endorsements on her pedigree.
She is not free and I am only willing to let her go to a suitable home.
