📣 update for our customers 📣
We are now operating a new booking system which will allow you to message us via WhatsApp. Deposits are also mandatory for all bookings under the new system, which will automatically delete appointments without a deposit after 24 hours.
📌 What this will mean when booking online:
If you make an appointment online the new system will allow you to pay the deposit there and then. An appointment cannot be made online without the deposit being paid at that time.
📌 What this will mean when booking in salon:
If booking in salon, whether this is a rebook or a first time customer, we have 2 options. We can either take a payment through our till, or around an hour after booking you will receive a WhatsApp message (if you have this) to pay through a secure payment link. If you do not have WhatsApp, and cannot pay in salon or over the phone, unfortunately an appointment cannot be made.
Key things to note:
📌 Any appointments you have made with us, without a deposit paid, are automatically removed from the system within 24 hours, either via salon or WhatsApp. You will receive a confirmation message afterwards if this has been the case, please note we have no control over this so ensure you have paid your deposit within this 24 hour timeframe.
📌 We have had some issues with our regular customer’s rolling deposits being carried over onto the new system. If you know you have a deposit on file, and receive a message to pay another, please do NOT ignore this as this means the system does not have record of your deposit and this must be rectified by us within 24 hours to prevent your appointments being lost, contact us via phone or WhatsApp if this occurs. If you are an online customer and you know you have a deposit, but you’re being asked to pay another, please contact us as again this means your existing deposit has slipped through the net and must be manually added by us.
