🐾 Important Update for All Customers 🐾

As the weather starts to get hotter, the health and wellbeing of your dogs is always my top priority. ☀️🐶

During periods of extreme heat, there may be occasions where appointments need to be rescheduled to ensure both your pets and myself can work safely and comfortably. I appreciate your understanding if this happens.

To help manage the warmer months and maintain the highest standard of care, I will also be reducing my working days and appointments available each week. This means spaces will fill up even quicker than usual.

📅 Block Bookings Recommended
To avoid disappointment, I strongly encourage customers to book several appointments in advance. Regular block bookings help guarantee your preferred dates and times.

❗ No-Show Policy
Unfortunately, due to increasing demand, any appointments missed without notice (no-shows) will need to be paid in full before another appointment can be booked. This policy helps protect my small business and ensures appointment spaces aren’t wasted when other customers are waiting.
