🐾 OUR STORY 🐾

People often ask what makes Paws and Pillows and Pampered Pooches different.

The answer is simple.

We’re dog owners first.

We live in neighbouring villages, share the same family values, and believe that our dogs aren’t “just dogs , they’re family.

My journey began after losing my beloved Poppy. Our heart s were broken, and although we had recently welcomed Florence into our family, there was still a huge gap in as lives. As we planned a holiday, I searched for somewhere I felt comfortable leaving her.

I couldn’t find it.

I wanted more than dog boarding. I wanted a home-from-home. Somewhere I would trust with my own dog.

That’s when Paws and Pillows was born.

Then Debbie contacted me about boarding her two beautiful dogs. From our very first conversation, we realised we shared exactly the same vision: caring for dogs as if they were our own.

Fast forward to today, and Paws and Pillows and Pampered Pooches work together to provide loving, family-based care from two trusted homes.

The biggest compliment came when I left Florence with Debbie The updates, reassurance, and care Florence received gave me complete peace of mind. I collected a happy dog and knew we had created something special.

If a dog isn’t the right fit for our homes or our own dogs, we’ll always be honest.

Last night’s real nightie photo has officially been turned into an avatar… mainly because I looked like I’d been dragged backwards through a hedge! 🤣

Florence, me and Keith have been living our best doggy lives with our visiting grandog and the cutest little boarders ever.

The day started with a 5am wake-up call, followed by all FOUR dogs taking over our bed for 3 hrs . Apparently, personal space is no longer a thing in this house. 🐾😂

After breakfast, wee breaks, cuddles, and more cuddles, I was completely outnumbered and happily ruled by tiny furry dictators.

These dogs are an absolute credit to their parents. They’re beautiful, loving, and so well behaved…😇

Flo and Ralph had a succeful play and stay yesterday , thanks to Deb at Pampered Pooches for her reassurance and skills … and for Minnie and Mable welcoming them, this means as a family we can go
On holiday together for the 1st time in years.

Thank you ❤️

Together we are doing a meet and greet.
What a weekend of fun , doggie kisses and friendship .

Policies have been collated and cross checked to ensure a safe practice is operated together at our different addresses.

In prep today , a steam clean has been done on hard floors, risk assesment has been checked and bowls have been prepared ready for Minnie and Mable to come to Paws and Pillows for a stay and we can’t wait.

Everyone deserves a break, even your dogdies🐶🐶

When Flo has decided that she doesn’t want her food , so the other animals have been offered it 🤣
Interestingly, she has now eaten it.
Poor pink dino didn’t get a look in .

I have followed every recomendation, I have added this one to the list 🤣
