Buddy 😍

Early morning training walk with this handsome boy last week! Although we didn't do much walking! 😬

What we did do;
✅️ Loose lead walk to shady spot (2mins from home)

✅️ Watched the world go by, while remaining calm, quiet and focused - dogs, people, children and bikes all made great distractions

✅️ Bobbing for treats in the pool

✅️ Down stays in the shade

And obviously posed for lots of pictures 🙈

Early Saturday morning can only mean one thing... GUNDOG WITH RAVEN 🐾

Although even for her it was warm at 7:30am! So we spent time in the shade, looked at pushing on her stop whistle and introduced some impulse control and directions, using multiple dummies.

Lovely seeing this girls progress and how much shes maturing 🥰

Training walk with Reg 🐾

Early morning training walk to avoid the heat! We were lucky to bump into some old clients, who were more than happy to participate in Reggies training, which was lovely!

So we worked on;

🐾 Ignoring other dogs and walking on a loose lead

🐾 Learning a sit stay around other dogs

🐾 Recall around distractions and other dogs

Reggie was super! 🥰

I LOVE a client update ❤️

Little Hattie has had some 1-1 sessions to help with her overexcitment around people and dogs. She also attended our recent Gundog Workshop, and as expected, she LOVED! 🐾

Looks like all the training, patience, time and consistency is paying off for Hattie and her Humans! Massive well done to them! 😁

Training walk with this cute little sausage 🥰

Myah had a behavioural consultation a few weeks ago and has a plan in place to help with her people and dog reactivity. Her owners asked for a little extra help while working hard with Myah, so we've done a couple of training walks recently.

And as expected she was super! 🥰

Week 2 of puppy class and this week we introduced 'Bed/Place' 🐾

An invaluable exercise for all dogs to learn, so we always teach it early on in our puppy classes 😊

I recently met this handsome chap for a behavioural consultation 🐾

Frankie is dog reactive, and his family feel that his behaviour is becoming worse. They want to be able to enjoy time out with their boy, so got in touch.

During our behavioural consultation we looked at the history of Frankie in relation to other dogs and how this has had an impact on his reactions now.

We've left his family with some task to work on, so we can then start to deal with his dog reactivity. I look forward working with them all soon! 😊
