We kindly request that visits to the cattery be scheduled in advance. Over the past two days, we have experienced four unscheduled visits. Currently, we are conducting weekend bookings, which are pre-arranged appointments outside of our designated drop-off and collection times. As a small cattery operated by only two individuals, we also have essential chores, gardening, and maintenance tasks to complete in preparation for our next inspection. Our availability for this year is limited to sporadic days until next year. We plan to organize open days for prospective clients towards the end of the year, as our priority is to accommodate clients with existing holiday bookings we hope you understand.

πŸˆβ€β¬›Please be aware when you book with our cattery we do have a cancellations and shortening of booked time policy in our terms and conditions, We do need 4 weeks to give us notice that you no longer need the room and if you shorten your pre booked dates on the drop off day cant be sustained as we have turned clients away, if you only tell us on drop off we do have to charge the dates you requested. Just a refresher as the holiday season approaches, we wish to remind and inform you of our policy regarding cancellations and potential disruptions to travel plans. Please note that our insurance coverage does not extend to unforeseen global events or political decisions.

Should you need to cancel a booking, a minimum of four weeks' notice is required. Failure to provide this notice will result in a charge for the reserved services. An invoice will be issued, which you may then submit to your insurance provider. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, but as a business, these bookings represent our operational income. This month, we have incurred significant expenses for room renovations, waste management, and license renewal, and our suppliers expect timely payment.

While we have experienced only one cancellation to date, we wish to reiterate our four-week cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. We recognize that the majority of our clients are aware of this policy; however, we occasionally encounter situations where booked time is shortened or cancellations occur due to alternative arrangements, such as a family member feeding pets. On average, we receive between four and eight booking inquiries daily, enabling us to reallocate available rooms, and we currently have a waiting list for September dates..

We are not quite looking our best at the moment Patrick has been changing the floors in 3 rooms, and some of the roofing panels in the rooms that became someone's scratch padπŸ™ˆ, and plastics. We are approaching the end but appreciate your patience. Short of closing the cattery we have to do minor repairs at the less busy times but there hasnt been one so far! Happy Sunday on January 47th well it feels like that, we are having a quiet day with no visits as we have a rare day with a full cattery and no ins and outs, so paper work and lounging it is have a good day all from us here at the cattery. πŸˆβ€β¬›
