Just a refresher as the holiday season approaches, we wish to remind and inform you of our policy regarding cancellations and potential disruptions to travel plans. Please note that our insurance coverage does not extend to unforeseen global events or political decisions.
Should you need to cancel a booking, a minimum of four weeks' notice is required. Failure to provide this notice will result in a charge for the reserved services. An invoice will be issued, which you may then submit to your insurance provider. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, but as a business, these bookings represent our operational income. This month, we have incurred significant expenses for room renovations, waste management, and license renewal, and our suppliers expect timely payment.
While we have experienced only one cancellation to date, we wish to reiterate our four-week cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. We recognize that the majority of our clients are aware of this policy; however, we occasionally encounter situations where booked time is shortened or cancellations occur due to alternative arrangements, such as a family member feeding pets. On average, we receive between four and eight booking inquiries daily, enabling us to reallocate available rooms, and we currently have a waiting list for September dates..
