Who says nail trims can't be fun? 😹

Pablo decided a game of hide and seek was in order while having his nails trimmed! 💛🐱

By allowing him to hide, taking things slowly, and working at his pace, we were able to keep the experience calm and positive. Sometimes cats feel safest when they have somewhere to tuck themselves away, and we're always happy to adapt our approach to suit each individual feline.

After all, grooming isn't just about looking good - it's about building trust and making every visit as stress-free as possible. ✨

We’re so proud to be supporting Venture Farm Cat Rescue , a local Norfolk rescue charity, by giving some of their wonderful rescue cats the pampers, gentle grooms, and love they deserve. 🐱✨

From tiny kittens just starting their journey to precious 19-year-old cats, every feline we meet receives the same patience, kindness, and individual care. 💛

A good groom can make such a difference to a rescue cat - helping them feel more comfortable, improving their coat condition, and giving them a little confidence while they wait for their forever home. 🏡🐾

🐾 MODEL CATS NEEDED – HALF PRICE GROOM 🐾

🎓 For our Cats at Home grooming students

We are looking for a suitable model cats to help our students practise gentle, professional de-matting techniques under supervision.

🐱 Your cat must:

* Have MINOR matting only
* Ideally have mats that can be carefully combed/dematted without shaving
* Be reasonably happy to be handled and groomed
* Never have visited Cats at Home before

✨ In return, your cat’s groom will be HALF the usual price.

All procedures will be carried out by our students with professional supervision, with your cat’s welfare and comfort coming first at all times.

⚠️ This is not suitable for severely or tightly matted cats or cats likely to require extensive clipping/shaving.

Sweet Snowy came in for a little paw tidy, helping to keep those fluffy feet neat, clean, and comfortable. ✨🐱

Regular paw trims help prevent fur from becoming matted between the paw pads, reduce the amount of dirt and litter trapped in the fur, and give your cat better grip on slippery floors.

As always, we worked at Snowy's own pace, making sure the experience was calm, gentle, and stress-free. 😻
