Just a friendly reminder to all clients 🐾

Please make sure you arrive on time to collect your dog after their appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late without prior warning, a late collection fee will be charged.

As I work on a strict 1-to-1 basis, late pick-ups can impact the next dog’s appointment, and some dogs may become unsettled having to wait longer than expected. It’s also just me running appointments throughout the day, so late collections can mean I miss out on my lunch break or fall behind for the rest of the day.

Thank you for understanding and helping appointments run smoothly for your dogs ❤️

Long nails can subtly alter a dog’s posture and gait, increasing strain on their joints - especially the toes, wrists, and shoulders.
Even a few extra millimetres can push the toes upward, shifting weight distribution and forcing compensatory movement patterns. Over time, this micro-change adds up to increased joint stress and discomfort.

The good news?
This is one of the easiest prevention wins you can make. ✨
Keeping nails trimmed to an appropriate length is a simple but powerful arthritis-prevention strategy.

✔️ Keep nails trimmed to a healthy length
✔️ Listen for “clicking” on hard floors
✔️ Ask your vet or groomer for support if you’re unsure
✔️ Stay consistent - little and often is better than big, infrequent trims

Small details matter. Nail care isn’t just cosmetic - it’s a long-term joint health strategy. 💙
