AVAILABLE TO RENT IN WESTON, SPALDING PE12.

Block of 8 stables with grazing, preferably for sole use or will split into 2 blocks of 4.
Block has tack room, feed area, a rug room and lots of concrete!!

Shared use of facilities (with 3-4 others) which include:

20x40 floodlit arena with flexiride surface
Plenty of poly jumps
4 horse walker (outdoor)
Portacabin with toilet and rest area

Hay and bedding available to purchase on site

Available from end of March.

Yard owner lives on site.

PART TIME LIVERY YARD ASSISTANT
Weston, near Spalding.
I am currently looking for someone to help with all aspects of general yard duties on a part time basis. The job is for 15 hours per week (3 morning hours over 5 days) to include a Saturday and/or Sunday. More hours may be available. National minimum wage applies.
Duties will include mucking out, filling haynets, poo picking, grooming, bringing in and turning out. Experience handling horses would be an advantage.
The role requires someone who is flexible with hours of work as well as hard working and able to work alone with instruction. The successful applicant will work to a high standard and be polite and courteous to owners and visitors.
This is a non riding position.

WEEKEND YARD WORK

Looking for someone to work on our small livery yard in Weston, near Spalding.
Mainly weekends, to start, but some week day hours may also be available.
Ideally looking for someone who has experience of stable management and handling large, sometimes spirited, horses.
Will involve some early morning starts but hours can be reasonably flexible.
National minimum wage applies.
