Today we have had our first few lambs!🐑

As a family, we recently celebrated 100 years of farming here at Wade Lane (pic below). For five generations we have helped feed the nation, sustainably farmed the land and toiled to hand it on in better condition to the next generation. Our outlook is not the next few years but the next few generations, which makes the proposed inheritance tax on farming families a threat to the stewardship of the countryside, rural jobs, communities and the nation’s ability to feed itself.

On Tuesday Anthony was part of a delegation to the Houses of Parliament to represent our local farming community to have an open discussion with our MP on the impact this change will have to our country.

After he joined the 20,000 other farmers, young and old on the march. Here at Just Crisps and Just Oil we are proud to be a hard-working farming family. We stand with all family farmers around the country.
