Meet Bailey, the Coton de Tulear 🐶

When Bailey began limping and showing signs of pain, his family knew something wasn't right. With a history of anxiety and adverse reactions to multiple medications, Dr Justine Berger (BVSc GP Cert FelP MRCVS) and the teams at Medivet 24 Hour Hendon, Medivet Temple Fortune and Medivet Watford, all came together to make sure he had a bespoke treatment plan tailored to his individual needs.

🦤 We have supported Millie & the Moorhen Wildlife Rescue for many years, and most of the wildlife that comes through our doors ends up here! We have a small collection box at our reception for her non-profit organisation where many kind clients have donated over the years.

Our nursing team will be available, but appointments will be limited to emergency triage where appropriate.

🐾 FOUND DOG 🐾 - Reunited

A small white Chihuahua has been handed in to Medivet Hillmorton after being found near Spectrum Way.

The dog is microchipped, and we have contacted the microchip company to report them as found and to try to establish contact with the registered owner.

If you think this little love might be yours, please contact Medivet Hillmorton as soon as possible.

Proof of ownership will be required before they can be reunited with anyone.

We will also be contacting the Dog Warden shortly to make sure they are cared for appropriately if the owner cannot be located.

Jan is hoping to be back at the practice, but will have very limited availability for consultations.

This is one of those posts we never like having to make... but we really need your help 💔

Our blood stocks are currently critically low, and we're concerned about the number of appointments booked over the coming weeks 😓

Summer is always a difficult time, with holidays and busy schedules meaning fewer dogs come forward to donate. Unfortunately, emergencies and illnesses don't stop for summer 🚨

Right now, we urgently need more lifesavers to come forward 🩸

If you've ever thought about registering your dog to become a blood donor... this is your sign. We need amazing people who can spare just an hour of their day to help save lives ❤️

To be a lifesaver, your dog must be:
🎂 between 1 and 8 years old
⚖️ weigh over 25kg
🐶 fit, healthy, and confident
