Your dog’s comfort and safety always come first

As temperatures rise, please take extra care when travelling to and from your grooming appointment.

🐾 Ensure your dog has access to fresh water before and after their visit.

🐾 Avoid walking on hot pavements where possible, as surfaces can become extremely hot and uncomfortable for paws.

🐾 Keep journeys as cool and comfortable as possible, with adequate ventilation and shade.

🐾 Please allow extra time for travel so neither you nor your dog feel rushed in the heat.

About the Salon

❄️ The Village Hound Pet Spa is fully air-conditioned to help keep your dogs comfortable during their appointment.

🌡️ However, during periods of extreme heat, the salon can still become warm due to the use of grooming dryers and equipment throughout the day.

If you feel the weather conditions make it unsafe or uncomfortable for your dog to travel, please get in touch as soon as possible.

Your dog’s welfare is always my priority, and if postponing your appointment is in their best interest, I will be happy to discuss an alternative date.
