The salon will be closed next week Tuesday 23rd, Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th due to the heat. I have messaged everyone booked in these days and will try my very best to reschedule everyone back in where I can, I am very busy so it will be where possible. Thankyou everyone for your patience. HOT WEATHER NOTICE🔥

With the temperatures rising, I will be closely monitoring the weather next week. If temperatures reach 28°C or above, I may need to close the salon to ensure the safety and comfort of all dogs and to avoid any risk of heat stroke.

Although the salon is fully air-conditioned, travelling to and from the salon and being groomed in extreme heat can still be very uncomfortable for the dogs. For this reason, I feel it is best to reschedule appointments during very hot weather, not only for the dogs’ wellbeing but also for my own peace of mind.

I am currently fully booked, however I will be working later hours and extra days where possible to rearrange any cancelled appointments as quickly as I can.

For Tuesday 23rd June I have rescheduled all dogs as it’s set to be 30 degrees. I will keep everyone updated if your appointment is affected next week

Important Notice – Flea Checks Before Grooming Appointments

Please ensure that your dog is checked for fleas before attending their grooming appointment.

Unfortunately, I have already had several cancellations this week due to flea infestations. When fleas are brought into the salon, I am required to close immediately and cancel all remaining appointments for the day. This not only causes disappointment for clients whose appointments have to be rescheduled, but also results in significant lost income and the time-consuming process of deep cleaning and flea-treating the salon.

To protect all dogs and maintain a clean, safe environment, any dog found to have fleas upon arrival will be sent home. The full grooming fee will still be payable, along with a £20 charge to cover the cost of the deep clean and flea treatment required for the salon.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
