WITH A HEAVY HEART WE WELCOME ALBERT. With much sadness we post that Albert's owner has died and he had nowhere to go. As we celebrate a gotcha day for Bertie who was uncle Albert we welcome a new senior also named Albert today. He has come into our care as an emergency this afternoon and as one very broken hearted fella. Although at present he is a sad chap and a lost soul we will be working hard to make sure his life turns a corner as soon as possible. Our new frosty faced Staffy cross has lived with his owner from being a puppy and is very bewildered at being homeless and losing his best friend. Without doubt his whole world has been turned upside down. Our aim is to look forward and focus on the positive in life. Over the last week we have taken in a huge volume of dogs from the Yorkshire stray kennels who remain our priority. This said, there was no way we would close our door to this lovely fella in desperate need today. More details will be available to read about Albert in the next few days. Please support and please share for the rescue dogs in need. We are flag flyers for the homeless hounds in Yorkshire and work tirelessly to remain here to help them. Our website will be updated at www.goodlifedogrescue.co.uk tomorrow morning. We thank our supporters who keep our charity afloat.
