(259)

All of our team are animal lovers, many with extensive menageries of animals they look after. You can be sure that we'll provide the same level of care for your animal, as we would want for our own. We moved to new purpose build premises in 2001, to provide the very best veterinary service; with a central location, easy access, plenty of parking, reception space, treatment rooms and a dedicated eq

uine centre. Our vet centre offers a comfortable waiting area (with a dedicated small animals waiting area), an on-site dispensary and laboratory (which means that we can provide a faster diagnosis). We also have an isolation ward, and diagnostic and surgical suite, to offer your animals the very best care available.

❗️OUT OF HOURS – Let’s talk about it…🚑
Here at Tay Valley Vets we look after our own registered clients and pets 24 hours a day. What does this mean for you?
• You will never be directed to take your pet to an unfamiliar out of hour’s provider in an emergency.
• If your pet becomes unwell and requires hospitalisation, their full stay will be here with us at Tay Valley Vets with our own team. We will not ask you to transport your pet to an out of hours provider and then back to our practice during opening hours (this can be an ongoing process if your pet requires hospitalisation for multiple days, as many OOH providers will not care for your pet during your vets opening hours).
• We have a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) on site at all times with a vet available ensuring we can provide your pet with round the clock cuddles and cohesive care plans.
• The vets and RVNs looking after your pet will have full access to your pet’s medical records and history.
• We are not a multi-site practice, meaning that you will never be asked to go to a branch practice during an emergency.
As a team we are proud to look after our own patients during all hours, being there for you and your pet during a stressful time is very important to us all.
