Hand stripping is a grooming technique where dead hair is gently pulled from the coat by hand or with a stripping knife. Unlike clipping, which cuts the hair, stripping removes it from the root, allowing new, healthy hair to grow in its natural texture and color.

• Preserves Coat Texture: Clipping can soften and dull the coat over time, while stripping maintains the wires texture and vibrant color.

🐶 Which Breeds Benefit Most from Hand Stripping?

Please remember though getting your pup ready for this is also ensuring the pup is comfortable with your groomer so regular visits to the groomer is recommended ☺️
