While we cannot comment on other business’s and the matters that are currently under investigation by the relevant authorities, we want to reassure our families, veterinary partners and community that the care of every pet entrusted to The Pet Crematoria Family (Anima Care UK) remains our absolute priority.
From collection through to cremation and the return of ashes, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, transparency and respect. Every pet is treated as an individual and every family receives the compassion and support they deserve during what is often one of life's most difficult moments.
