Today at one of our veterinary practices our driver was greeted by a toad which he thought was very halloweeny! and also featured are Elvis the pumpkin and Cookie the bat. They are having fun I promise. Do you have any pictures of your spooky ( or just adorable) pets you would like to share?

Sometimes families kindly over pay and ask us to make a donation to local animal charities. We support local campaigns for charities such as Hector's House Residents

If you represent a local charity, please do reach out to us as we know every little helps.
If anyone has any food/bedding/toys they would like to donate, we will be happy to accept them and forward them on the the relevant charities.

So excited for our HALLOWEEN UK SNIFFER DOGS TRIAL 🎃 Been busy behind the scenes with exciting Halloween planning 😊

One of my lovely clients has offered to use their farm just outside Totnes and we are super excited 😁

The date is SATURDAY 1ST NOVEMBER from 11am (your dog will be given their 15 min time slot nearer the time)
Your dog will be timed and we will do all the searches with bags, chairs, vehicles and novel areas all with a spooky HALLOWEEN theme. The cost is £20 per dog and spaces are limited.

Stay just for your dogs time slot or join us for the whole event. We will have snacks and treats too 🐶🎃 I can't wait 😁🥰

This is also open to the UK Sniffer Dogs currently on the course now too.

A heart warming thankyou from the family of the very handsome Milo.
We wanted to send a message to say a heartfelt thank you to your team for your kindness this week after we lost our Black Labrador Milo.
At 13.5 years old he’d been a big, mischievous, fun loving part of our lives for a long time and saying goodbye to him was the toughest thing we have gone through as a family.
Having spoken with you on the phone we were reassured that he would be looked after well and we were touched by the thoughtful presentation in the way he was returned to us, along with his keepsake paw print. We can tell he was truly handled with care and are so grateful- thank you!

We had our Irish Red and White Setter Cooper entrusted to your care through Cedar vets in Ringwood. He passed away whilst we were on holiday in Dorset in September. We have wanted to contact you to comment on the service we received, however it has been difficult as we are still so upset and miss him terribly.
Firstly I would like to say that the initial telephone communication I had was so caring. I was so upset that I could hardly talk. The lady I spoke to was so nice and patient, the comment that really hit home that he was in the best place was when she said “we have your boy”. I am crying now remembering, I knew then he was being looked after. Everything was explained including what options were available. We arranged to have Coopers ashes returned to us through our local vet.
When we collected Cooper we were so impressed with the quality of everything. The contents were all coordinated, the bag, the box, his ashes and the cards. It indicated that you take care and pride in the service you provide. We loved that the cremation certificate had his name and date plus the name of Hannah who had looked after him. It makes it so personal and heartwarming. The paw print being so nicely framed and his fur in the little bottle was so emotional. Even the way his fur had be placed in the bottle with his two colours separated. The little “Best Friend” medal is so sweet.
