One of the hardest parts of running a dog grooming salon is the no shows.
Turning up to work, preparing for your dog, keeping an appointment space freeโฆ and then nobody arrives. No message. No courtesy. No regard for the groomers who rely on those appointments to earn a living.
At Paws of Preston, it genuinely saddens me and the team when this happens. We care deeply about every dog booked in and every appointment matters to our small businesses.
Life happens โ we completely understand emergencies and cancellations when people let us know. We simply ask for kindness, communication and courtesy.
