🐾 Keeping your pups Cool Before their Groom🐾

With the warmer weather it’s important to make sure your furry friend stays as comfortable as possible, especially before their grooming appointment.

Dogs don’t sweat like we do, they regulate their temperature through panting, and if they start off too warm, it can lead to heat stress or even heatstroke during the groom🥵

Here’s how you can help your pup…
• 🚶‍♀️ Avoid long walks right before grooming and keep exercise to a minimum beforehand
• 🚗 Travel in a cool car! use air conditioning if you can or open windows for airflow
• 💧 Offer water before leaving home.. hydrated dogs cool down more easily
• 🕒 Arrive on time for drop off and pick up so your furbaby isn’t waiting longer than needed in the heat

Grooming involves equipment that gets warm (clippers, dryers) so starting off cool helps your pup stay happy, calm, and safe throughout their visit💛

Hi everyone!
I’ve been a bit rubbish at keeping on top of bookings while I’ve been away, I didn’t realise just how little spare time I’d have🫣

My time in America is nearly over, and as amazing as it’s been I’m really looking forward to getting back to reality and seeing all my favourite furry faces again🐶

I’ll have scattered availability from 31st July onwards if your fur babies are in need of their summer spruce-up drop me a message to get booked in🫶🏻

I’m officially in holiday mode🇺🇸
Although judging by how my brains been running this week I think it clocked out a few days early😂🤯

I’ve got just 1 or 2 appointments left before 30th July and then scattered appointments available from that date.

I’ll have my diary with me while I’m away, so feel free to message if you’d like to book in for when I’m back. Just a heads up..replies will be slower than usual while I’m soaking up some much needed relax time✈️
