‼️🐾 FLEA POLICY REMINDER 🐾‼️
Even during the winter months, fleas can still be a significant problem, and unfortunately we have had to close the shop today due to a dog arriving with fleas. This is extremely disruptive for us and for other clients, and we cannot afford to have situations like this happen, especially at this time of year.
We have a strict NO FLEA policy in place to keep every dog in our care safe and comfortable.
Please make sure you double check – and even triple check – your dog before their appointment. If they’re itching, have sore skin, you can see flea dirt, or they’re chewing at the base of their tail, please inspect them thoroughly.
❗️Please note: If a dog arrives to the salon with fleas, the appointment will be cancelled and the full price will be charged – no exceptions.
We really appreciate your understanding and cooperation. And hope you can understand this is incredibly frustrating for everyone involved. By checking your dogs before their visit, you’re helping us protect all our furry clients and keep the salon running smoothly 🐶✨
