Vets Who Care The "Vets who care" All Creatures Veterinary Centre is a newly established practice which opened on 6th May 2014.

With 20 years experience of caring for pets of all different shapes and sizes, Erica Coleman-Field BVM&S MRCVS, decided it was about time she set up a practice of her own with her partner Mandy Coleman-Field taking on the role of Practice Manager, together they make a wonderful team who will treat and care for you animals as if they were their own, We will be offering only the best service through

out our working day. We are an extremely dedicated bunch and along with our own menagerie of animal hope to make you and your pet feel as welcome and as at ease as possible whilst you visit us - We look forward to meeting you and your pet in person :-)

*PARVOVIRUS INFORMATION*
We have had a number of phone calls from owners worried about cases of dogs dying of Parvovirus who were being walked in the Meadows and on West Bridgford park. Vaccination against parvovirus is part of our routine vaccination protocol and vaccinated dogs SHOULD be able to combat the disease without becoming ill if they come in contact with it. However there have been cases where dogs have become ill from the disease in spite of vaccination. Also, we appreciate that some owners don’t believe in vaccinating their dogs and thus the spread of these preventable diseases is becoming greater. The first signs of parvovirus infection are vomiting and bloody diarrhoea (although there are many other causes of this). If your dog is showing these signs please ring us immediately on 01158374700. If you are unsure if your dog is current on their immunity to Parvovirus, we can test their antibody titres in house.

Recently we signed up with a new company called irecall who now do all our text message and email reminders, you may have already received the newly updated versions of the reminders already, but if you haven't do not worry here is a template of how it will look when it gets sent out to you. We also will be sending out seasonally campaigns with advise and signs for certain things such as dental issues, dermatitis, arthritis, etc
