Hi all,

I feel it's my duty to use my platform to warn of an alleged continuous act of cruelty to dogs and risk of danger to the public. A man by the name of "Scott" is a dog walker who is carrying out the alleged offences. Recent reports suggest he is using a yellow van. I am now involved with the police and RSPCA to find him and stop him. My very good friend who is a well respected dog walker is in touch with the council. I'm not prepared to go into any further details that i have but if you have come across this man or seen this man walking up to 15 dogs from a yellow van or have any information you think useful then please get in touch with me so i can pass them onto the police and RSPCA.
