A New Chapter Begins! A message from Liz x
After 17 years at the helm, I have decided to step down as JVP (or Practice Owner as the boss is now called!). While I will be sad to not be able to call the practice my own any more, I will still be working 2 days a week as senior surgical vet.
I opened the practice as the Joint Venture Partner with V4P in 2008, after we had gutted and rebuilt the premises from its origins as a car mechanics yard. In those days I was the sole vet until we built up sufficient clients and were busy enough to hire a second and then a third vet. Now 17 years later we have 5 other lovely vets to look after all your fur-babies!
I want to thank all my clients, not least those who have been coming to this practice for many years, trusting my team with your beloved pets. We have been privileged to be with you through many of your pets’ journeys through vaccinations, illness, and surgery right through to helping them find peace at the end of their lives.
I would like to congratulate Kerry as my successor. I am really happy that I am handing the reins over to her. She has been my Head Nurse/ Practice Manager for the past 9 years and I am sure she will continue to look after the practice, the team and all our lovely clients and their pets!
So, a new chapter begins, but the team is essentially the same, and we will continue to be here for you and your cherished pets for a long time to come! Thank you for all your support and for choosing us as your vets.
