On Saturday we left Free Spirit at 5.45am and headed to Co. Wicklow to the Irish pony society summer show. It definitely was well worth the early start and long drive. I couldn't be any prouder of how these children rode their ponies, the red rosettes all round was just a bonus!! Well done lottie Hutchinson, Ben and Mary Rose Flynn and of course Jocelyn!
Polly, Princess , Elsie and Betsey were amazing all day and are enjoying their well deserved day off in the field 💞🫶🏼

The ones who hold a horse when you’re flustered.
Who text to say, “I’ve put yours out .. don’t rush.”
Who lend a headcollar, a haynet, a hand, without being asked.

The ones who don’t judge the mud, the missed rides, or the hard days.
Who understand that some weeks survival is success.

That kind of loyalty isn’t flashy.
It’s practical.
It’s quiet.
It’s turning up in wellies when it would be easier not to.

In the horse world, that sort of loyalty is everything 🤍🐴
