For £27 we run our pony days from 10am until 1pm, this includes a riding lesson, learning how to care for our ponies and loads of fun!
We learn about feeding, grooming, tacking up and mucking out-learning it's not just about riding but also how to care for our ponies and look after their health and wellbeing.

📣 Helpers Training Days at Wirral Riding Centre! 🐴

Are you 12 or over and helping out on the yard? Then don’t miss our Helpers Training Days this October half-term!

📅 Dates:
Monday 28th & Tuesday 29th October
🕘 Time: 1pm-3pm

Join us for a FREE hands-on training experience where you’ll learn essential horse care and yard skills, including:

✅ Correct mucking out techniques
✅ Grooming and rugging up
✅ How to tack up properly
✅ Safe horse handling on the yard

This is a mandatory event for all current and new helpers aged 12+. It’s a great opportunity to build confidence, gain valuable skills, and become a trusted member of the Wirral Riding Centre team.

Bring suitable clothing and a packed lunch.
Let’s make sure we all work safely, efficiently and confidently around the horses!

🌟 Celebrating an Incredible Journey! 🌟

School wasn’t the right fit for this amazing young person — but with the right support and the right environment, she’s truly found her stride 🐎💫

Through the life-changing work at Wirral Riding Centre, she discovered her passion, built her confidence, and developed real skills that opened new doors.

From starting on our Changing Lives through Horses programme and achieving her BHS Stage 1 qualification, to then progressing through a Supported Internship with Wirral Met College and WRC, she’s shown determination, resilience, and a genuine love for every horse she meets. 🐴❤️

Today, she’s employed at the place that changed her life — and thriving every single day doing what she loves most.

Here’s to finding your path, following your passion, and proving that success looks different for everyone. 🌈✨

🎃 Spooktacular Pony Club Halloween Scavenger Hunt! 🐴👻

Get ready for a frightfully fun afternoon at the Pony Club!

🗓 Date: Thursday, 30th October
🕐 Time: 1:30pm – 3:30pm
📍 Location: Wirral Riding Centre

Join us for a howling good time filled with:

🧭 Spooky Scavenger Hunts – Saddle up and follow the haunted trail!
🎃 Pumpkin Carving – Show off your carving skills and create a ghoulish gourd!
🧙 Fancy Dress Fun – Come in your creepiest costume – prizes for the best dressed pony and rider!

Whether you're a wicked witch, a brave bat rider, or a ghostly groom, there's something for everyone!

All ages welcome – ponies and parents too!
Don’t forget to bring your carving tools and spooky spirit!
£10 per person and you must have your pony club membership number on arrival!
