🚨 URGENT APPEAL from Clwyd Special Riding Centre 🚨

**OUR CROWDFUNDER PAGE IS NOW LIVE**

This is an ‘All or Nothing’ Appeal. In other words, if we do not reach our target of £365,000, the Centre will close on May 1st, and you will receive your funds back directly from Crowdfunder.

To put it plainly: Our annual running cost is £365,000. We are currently facing a major shortfall. Without immediate pledges and support, we will have to close.

We are heartbroken — but we’re not giving up. This is our final call to action. We need urgent donations, pledges, and introductions to partners who can help us survive and thrive.

Look at our riders go! In today’s lesson 4 of this year’s CLtH stage 1 riders were working on their walk to canter transition while concentrating on the right amount of lean and balance to ensure the correct canter lead. Very proud of how technical and confident they all were today 💥 🐴 💚

All of our horses have now been booked but there are still some spaces if you would like to bring your own horse!

School horses are available to hire and private owners are welcome to bring your own horses too!

Are you aged 12 and above and would like to help out on the yard……get a chance to earn free rides?? If so then this scheme might be for you!
📣8.30-5 with a break for snacks and lunch 🥪
🐴 learn how to muck out, tack up, groom, feed and water our ponies and horses🐴
Work and earn a group ride and the chance to get a free private lesson once established!!

It was great to be back today! Our Young People had big smiles on their faces, the sun was out and we were on day 1 of our Bake Sale 🧁 ☀️ 🐴 We had lots of customers visiting and buying today - a huge thank you to everyone that has supported us so far with their cakes or donations - hugely appreciated as we move closer towards raising funds to buy our own tools. Don’t forget we are selling cakes all week from 10.30am 🚨

We’re raising funds to buy our own yard tools for our incredible CLtH young people, helping them take even more pride and ownership in their work on the yard.
Every cake bought or donation made goes a long way – so pop by, grab a treat (or a few!), and support a great cause!

Great morning holding the Pony Club Horse and Pony Care competition-all teams did amazing!!
🐴Here at WRC we are proud to be an area 5 pony club centre, this means that you can join and be a fully fledged member of the pony club but use our horses and facilities in place of your own.
🐴We hold meetings Saturdays and Sundays and gain the chance to make new friends, learn about riding and pony care, earn achievement badges and enter our competitions
🐴Bookings can be done on the website or app or give us a call in the office. Office opening hours are 8.30-9pm Tuesday to Friday and 8.30-5pm Saturday and Sunday
