Redbrook Equestrian is a friendly professionally run Riding School, Pony Club Centre and livery yard
situated in Upper Redbrook near Monmouth in the beautiful Wye Valley. We have horses and ponies to suit all abilities from beginners to experienced riders and offer a range of activities and courses by qualified instructors.

WANTED Riding Instructor and Groom or Apprentice
We have a couple of job openings here are Redbrook.

We are looking for a part time Instructor to join our team. Flexible hours Saturday Monday and maybe another afternoon or evening. Approx 10-15hrs a week. Plus a top up if needed with yard work.

To join our small friendly Riding School and Livery.
Teaching adults and children in groups of no more that 4. Rallies, camps, stable management classes.

We have an amazing Mechanical Horse Simulator.
Opportunity to ride and school horses, jump and hack.

We specialise in Rider Biomechanics and Equine body work. As well as riding lessons we hold Connected Riding & TTouch Clinics and Workshops. Equine body work, ground work and rehab. Training available in this area if needed.

Our Story

Redbrook Equestrian is a friendly professionally run Riding School, Pony Club Centre and livery yard situated in Upper Redbrook near Monmouth in the beautiful Wye Valley.

Redbrook Equestrian was Estabilshed in 2007, run by Hayley Howells ABRSTC, TTouch Practioner with over 30 years teaching experience and keen to help riders fine tune their riding. Redbrook is on top of a hill with amazing views on the Offas D**e path in Upper Redbook nr Monmouth. We have a flood lit arena, jumping paddock and miles of off road hacking through beautiful forestry.

Our fantastic School Masters are very well educated and beautiful to ride, ranging from PSG Dressage, to Intermediate Eventers, to Pony Club Team ponies, a real treat to ride. Our horses and ponies live out in small herds 24/7 all year round and only come in for their lessons. They are a very calm and relaxed bunch.

We use Tellington Touch and Connected Riding with our clients and horses. Teaching you how to use your body more efficiently, to readily improve your horse's performance by rebalancing the rider and encouraging freedom of movement, self-carriage, improving overall behaviour, performance, and communication. We have regular training days for those who are interested in learning more of this.
