Price increase;

With ever increasing costs unfortunately I’ve had to make the decision to put my prices up by £2 per dog from Monday 7th April 2025 (eg; dogs which were £38 will now be £40 and £43 will be £45)

Changes to payment method explained; I’d like to apologize and explain why I unfortunately no longer take card payments. Early last year I was sent out a replacement card machine little to my knowing it was faulty/had been set up incorrectly by the provider and had been dialing out in the middle of the night. In the summer we received a telephone bill of over £7,500 which I had to pay. After months of stress finally this week I’ve received a part refund, however I’m still left over £3,000 out of pocket. For this reason I had to change the payment methods in the salon to bank transfer and cash, which will continue for the time being going forwards. Thank you for your understanding, Laura x X x

Heads up; Roadworks have been scheduled from Wednesday 29th Jan next week for 3 days. I’m hoping it will only affect Station Road and we’ll still have access via Kings Newton or Castle Donington/EMA - I’ll keep you updated once I know more next week! Laura x X x

First week back in the salon completed, we’ve had floods, we’ve had frost and we’ve had 17 gorgeous pups rocking their New Year’s hairdo’s!!

A little update; I’ve started back working 4 days (Monday - Thursday) all being well my back will cope as I did put it out again just before Christmas 🙈.

Payment method is either via cash or bank transfer (unfortunately I no longer have the facility to take card payments).

As most of you know make sure to book ahead to avoid disappointment! My diary is currently almost full for February!!

I have a couple of days left in the salon before breaking up for the festivities but I wanted to take this moment to reflect on the past year…… I’m not going to lie, it’s been a stressful one behind the scenes with the ongoing dispute with the card machine provider, however I wouldn’t have kept going without all your beautiful faces so I wanted to say a huge thank you for your continued support, I’m very grateful for each and everyone of you.
