Joan is a beautiful cat who, prior to coming into our care, had lived a mostly outdoor life, coming into contact with humans as and when she chose so would ideally be looking for this kind of home again or a quieter home willing to give her time and space to come out at her own pace.

After spending a little time in the centre, she has enjoyed the odd fuss and head tickle (as you can see) whilst in our care on her terms which she may replicate in her new home, but would need an owner who will go at her speed and not push her.

We’re hoping this week is the week our beautiful boy Pip FINALLY finds his forever home after being with us for over 2 months!

Pip is a proper rescue cat! Despite having a rough time of things, Pip has proven himself to the fussiest, friendliest cat in the centre (as you can see) loving nothing more than a fuss, pawing at you for more!

After coming into our care as his owner could no longer care for him, Pip was found to have a broken tail meaning most of it had to be amputated. He does have a little bit of arthritis in his hips which, while not seeming to bother him at the minute, means he may require pain relief in future. Pip is a cat flu carrier which means he will need to be the only cat in his new home and this may flare up in times of stress. Despite this, we're hoping someone will give our precious Pip the happy ending he so deserves.

Yesterday's Spring Family Fun Day was a huge success and an overall wonderful event! 🐑😸

Thank you to everyone who attended and supported us. We raised an incredible £850.29 🤩

The funds come directly to our centre and we'll certainly put every penny to good use. The money will help support us with overall running costs, food and vet treatments.

We are so grateful to each and every one of our supporters and we hope to see you all at future events ❤

Today is the day!!

Join us at T.A.G Farming for a brilliant Spring Family Fun Day. Our wonderful friends at T.A.G are holding a free to attend fundraiser in aid of our Centre. Lots of stalls, food, games and activities to keep all ages entertained. There is even a cute little lamb meet and greet 🐑

Fantastic Freddie is a gentle soul looking for a quieter home as he's struggling with centre life, causing him to overgroom due to stress. Despite not being too happy, Freddie has proved himself to be a lovely, sweet boy once he's got to know you, loving a fuss and head tickle on his terms. We think Freddie is a real sweetheart that any new owner would be lucky to have, could you be the one for him?

A huge thank you to everyone who came to our bric-a-brac and book sale yesterday, thanks to you all we raised an amazing £969.77 to help the cats and kittens in our care!

Hands up: who loves lambs? 🙋‍♀️

So do we! That's why on Sunday 13th April we're holding an outdoor fundraiser and there will be a chance to meet some beautiful little lambs 😍 Our friends at T.A.G Farming in Farnsfield are kindly hosting us and providing a fun day filled with activities, craft stalls, food and drink and a lamb meet and greet.

Milo has been in our care for over a month now and seems to be getting overlooked but we can't work out why! Now he's settled into centre life, he's proved himself to be an affectionate, playful cat who gives the firmest headbutts in the centre. Milo would prefer to be the only pet in his new home.
