Things don't come in 3's for us, they come in 1000's π°
Yesterday morning was like every other, sometimes Missi & Hope come straight to work with us, other times we pick them up later, today they came straight with us and this saved Hopes life !
Whilst out on the walk she suddenly looked wobbly and disoriented and started to collapse, i swooped her up and Phil put the others on the lead and we ran to the van and straight to the Ravensdale vets as we knew something was terribly wrong, she was completely limp and not very responsive, we have never been so scared, she was admitted and put straight on a drip and oxygen, bloods taken, steroids and histamines given, she had had a massive anaphylactic shock and was really poorly, we carried on at work were we could when the vet rang to ask us to pop and see her to see if she would perk up, she didn't, barely lifted her head, they said she was stable and her bloods was good, her bp when we got her there was only 54 and if we had left her at home she would of died, she is now stable and her bp is 180, what a scary difference, they kept in touch throughout the day and rang to say we could pick her up at teatime, they left her canula in just incase ! The difference in her when we picked her up was incredible, happy, waggy, just very worried and tired bless her, she had some tea and this morning is more or less her normal self, can't say the same for me and Phil who have been up all night and feel like π§ββοΈ π§ββοΈ π€£π΄ so so happy to have her back as we really didn't think she would be coming home, we are so grateful to all the staff, especially Sabrina at Ravensdale vets for saving our baby, and extremely grateful to all our clients and friends for all there love and support π₯°
