Spark and Bark is expanding👀..... Baby Hible is on the way 👣
I need to start by thanking everyone for getting me to this point. There's been pain, sweat and tears watching this business grow in 5 almost 6 years and I'm immensely proud of where I am now. That crazy decision in lockdown to buy a van and go for it was honestly one of the best things I ever did. The support from friends and family and customers who are now like family I appreciate you all and this business wouldn't be what it is without you!
I am going to be hopefully working up till Christmas which will put me at 7/8 months, as we all know it's quite a physical job so I want to give everyone the option to start looking for a replacement groomer before December. (Any January appointments will unfortunately be cancelled). I'll be in touch with any larger breeds or more active dogs that unfortunately I won't be able to continue grooming for the time being due to weight restrictions and/or saftey precautions. Again unfortunately I won't be able to work the crazy Christmas hours like every year but I hope everyone understands that it's now my time to grow and support a new life and a new journey.
This is not goodbye for ever just for now, Charlotte will still be operating as normal with all of her lovely customers and if she has any openings then the option is there for her to take a few of mine on. (Again she'll only have very limited spaces in certain areas, unfortunately she won't be covering Southport, maghul, Formby, Crosby and a few others I'll get a full list out closer to Christmas).
All being well I'll set a plan for mid/end 2026 to return and get anyone who'd like to return booked back in with regular schedules again! I love my job and this business and would never see myself in any other place but spark and bark. I'll be sad not to see everyone's lovely faces and pooches every day and know this will be a hell of a learning curve especially for big sister to be Nova... But we're very excited for the future 👀👣
