Just a post regarding cancellations- I am a small business and I only book out my diary to have a certain amount of dogs in a day.

I understand some things are out of our control, however, to ensure I can keep giving your dogs the best care possible,
If you are cancelling with less than 24 hours notice then 50% of the payment will still be due.
