⚠️📌 TUESDAY 26/5 APPOINTMENTS☀️
Due to the weather forecast on Tuesday. We have decided it is going to be too hot, for it to be safe, for most dogs to be with us in the salon.
I love the sun, however when it comes to our pets we can all agree it comes with risks- Your dogs safety is our priority and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
If I have not managed to get hold of you yet you will have a text message, Please contact the Salon on 07745348419 to reschedule.

If you have an appointment later in the week I will be keeping an eye on the forecast, judging it day by day, and if your dog has any other contributing factors (age/health/behavior) that heighten their risk of overheating.

A massive thanks to everyone that turned out for the Dog Show at East Carlton today. Huge turn out for the family fun day, and over 170 dogs entered the show. We made over £400 for Charity.
You are all absolutely awesome 😎 and well done to all our winners 🏆 👏🏼

A big thank you to everyone that helped throughout the day and pack away despite the weather. ☔

Some great tips for you and you pups early stages. 🐾

In the first few months, your puppy's mind is open to new experiences, shaping their personality and behavior. As their owner, you have the opportunity to mold them into a happy, confident dog, unafraid to tackle new challenges.
Its important they become accustomed to the various sounds and sensations associated with grooming, such as clippers, dryers, and handling, especially in sensitive areas like their paws, ears, and eyes.
Introducing them to these experiences at a young age (12 weeks onwards) ensures that they're confident and prepared for their first major grooming session, usually around 6 months of age.

Cornstraw K9 Dog Training have some great puppy classes at the moment that can assist with these early months also!

📢 **Important Update from The Mud Room** 🐾

To continue providing the high-quality care, products, and one-to-one attention your pups deserve, there will be a small price increase effective from **April 1st** on some services

Rising costs for the essentials mean this adjustment is necessary to maintain the standards you expect from your grooms. This decision hasn’t been made lightly, and I’ve done my very best to absorb increases for as long as possible.

I also need to gently remind everyone of my cancellation policy. Due to an increasing number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations,and dogs arriving well past their appointment time, any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee. This fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked. Obviously things happen and life gets in the way and I will always do my best to be understanding, but as a small business, missed appointments have a significant impact, and I truly appreciate your understanding and respect for my time.

Thank you so much for your continued support, loyalty, and trust — it truly means the world to my small business. If you have questions or concerns please dont hesitate to ask.
