Due to the increasing number of last-minute cancellations, which have a significant impact on my business, I will be introducing a cancellation fee, for appointments cancelled with less than 24hours notice. This non refundable fee will be applied to your next appointment charge and you would need to pay this before rebooking.
I will always use my discretion as I know certain circumstances are unavoidable.
