Can you help find an owner please?

We have an entire male cat brought in with injuries, likely RTA. He's stable and he may have been missing a while. The age we believe is young adult, but with some loss of condition he could be older. He's kinda grey but with some light brown tabby markings. The blue eyes are quite distinctive.

Does anyone recognise him? He's friendly so not feral, but he could have been wandering a while.
