Changes ….
Firstly thank you all for your custom as always
A few changes to make everyone aware of
I have reduced my working hours meaning less appointments and ability to ‘squeeze’ anyone in
The appointments I offer are the ones I have available - I don’t have any sneaky extras waiting for you
If you no show or constantly reschedule and don’t pay for these missed slots you will have to find another groomer
I will no longer be taking photos at each groom - these will be done on special holidays
Bows will only be provided on special occasions and holidays
I am only available to be contacted during working hours, please don’t keep messaging and calling - I will return your message when I am able to and when I’m with the diary
I will not be providing a ‘just nails’ service - these are included on all full grooms as always
I will be sadly be reducing the larger dogs I groom if this affects you I will be in touch
