I have been doing some thinking and I am going to put it out there that if anyone wants to cancel their December appointments and try get in elsewhere I completely understand. Everyone has been amazing with me and all have said if I need to cancel then its absolutely fine but I just dont want to let people down at christmas time😔 I am starting to struggle being on my feet all day so I dont think I will manage most of December but its so hard to tell right now! I just need to think of me and baby now. If anyone needs contact numbers for other groomers then please just give me a wee message/text and I can forward on details.

Everyone has been asking about next years bookings so my aim is to work through xmas and then stop for a few months but obviously its hard to put exact dates etc on things until I see how things go and how i am feeling🥰 Will keep everyone posted🥰

From now on going forward, any NO SHOWS will be expected to pay full amount due for missed appointment! I have been too soft for too long and for every No show i get i dont get paid! My appointments are like gold dust these days so having people not turn up is getting rather frustrating!! Reminders will now be sent the day before.
