Maple popped into the salon for a relaxing wash, de shed, fresh ear clean and a nail trim💅🫧
Watching this sweet little lady grow from a tiny puppy into the most loving little soul has been one of my absolute joys. My heart genuinely does a little somersault every time Maple walks through the door🥹💛
The floor is our happy place. Towels & cosy mats down, toys out, cuddles on tap, bum scratches available 24/7😅 She lounges, plays, and basically runs the salon while I dry, de shed and freshen her up✨
Maples the boss and I just work here🤷🏻‍♀️
Nails are taken one at a time, gently and patiently. Sometimes it’s trim one, switch tasks, have a cuddle, then circle back later. No rush, no pressure, just building confidence at her pace. There was a time we could do most of them calmly, and sadly due to me having time off, We’ve taken a couple of steps back🥺 BUTTT now that we’re getting back into a routine, I’m absolutely certain her bravery will shine through again ✨
Patience is key🔐

Every dog deserves to feel safe, understood and a little bit spoiled. And Miss Maple? She gets the full royal treatment every single visit🫶🏼

Meet Suzie 🐾✨
The sweetest little poodle who visited the salon for her very first puppy introduction🛁🐾
From the tiniest tail wags to the sweetest cuddles, Suzie brought pure sunshine into the salon🥹💛
She was an absolute superstar while exploring all the new sights, sounds and grooming tools. Watching her take everything in with such bravery on day one made me so proud!
First visits are all about building trust, confidence and happy memories, and Suzie embraced it like a pro🌟

A big shoutout to her wonderful owner for making sure Suzie had all her vaccinations before visiting and for booking her introduction as early as possible🌟 Starting young helps set puppies up for a lifetime of calm, positive grooming experiences 🐶🫶🏼

I can’t wait to see how this little lady blossoms at her next appointment in a few weeks time. It was a pleasure meeting you Suzie🥰🐾

How adorable is Hugo the Cocker Spaniel who popped into the salon for his very first puppy introduction?🥰
At just five months old, this sweet boy took on the big wide world of bubbles and blow dryers like a champ🛁🌟
Now… when it came to tidying up those crazy fluffy Grinch feet with the scissors✂️ let’s just say Hugo had other ideas in mind…Standing still without his favourite human nearby? Absolutely wasn’t on the agenda🫣
A tiny protest was staged. Voices were heard. Paws were planted🐾 let’s just say I got Hugo’s message loud and clear!😂
So of course… I called his hooman for backup!
With his favourite hooman by his side offering treats, cuddles and moral support, Hugo settled brilliantly. We were able to gently trim his nails, tidy around those fluffy paws and neaten around his ears✨
I will always choose patience and comfort over pushing any dog past their comfort zone. Trust is built with kindness, not by using force💛
Hopefully, as Hugo grows, he’ll learn that I listen, that he’s safe here, and that his favourite human always comes back🐶💛

Meet Daisy the 15 week old Cavapoo, who was the happiest little soul during her very first puppy introduction session! 🛁✂️✨
After 10+ years of pampering pooches, I can honestly say Daisy is one of the happiest, bounciest little souls I’ve ever met!🥰
This girl is absolutely full of beans! Everything to her is super exciting and deserves a million tail wags!🤣
Watching Daisy explore the salon with so much happiness and confidence completely melted my heart. The kisses, cuddles, the adorable playful bounces… she had me wrapped around her little paws in seconds! 🥹🐾
While there’s plenty more learning ahead (especially channeling all that playful energy safely!), I’m honestly so proud of the bravery and progress Daisy has made from her first visit! 🌟
Hopefully the next time I see Daisy, I can get a picture of her that’s not so blurry🤣🥰🐾

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Benson the Schnoodle! 🫶🏼🐾✂️

This handsome little guy popped in for his first short back and sides with me and oh my goodness… this boy is ready to steal hearts on all his outdoor adventures!🥹❤️
Benson is such a happy, affectionate, playful little soul. He absolutely thrives on positive vibes, tasty treats, and playing with toys! Getting to know what makes him happy really helped make the session far more enjoyable for us both!🐶🎾
It truly warms my heart when dogs settle in and realise that a little time away from their favourite hoomans just means they can relax and indulge in a bit of pampering and self care🫣🤣 Benson was an absolute dream to work with, and I can’t wait to build an even stronger bond with him over time!🥰🐾
