We are still open and able to groom dogs that need it for welfare reasons. Please call us or book online. We are extremely busy but will call you back as soon as we can. We also require a £15 deposit for all bookings. If booking online please call us to pay this over the phone as it is not possible to pay online.

We will be open through to the 11th of December.

BUT can only do welfare grooms. This means only short cuts all over (10mm at longest) So please do not book online during this time if your dog does not need groomed unless its for the dogs welfare and you are happy for a short cut all over for your dog.

We are sill able to offer puppy packs for dogs under 6 months with longer hair that require their eyes and hygiene trimmed.

Nail clips will be available also by appointment only but again please only book if your dogs nails are extremely long and it is affecting your dogs welfare.

🚨 We are OPEN and will be throughout tier 4 lockdown - please do not call us to confirm this as we are VERY busy.

✂️ Please only book your dog in for a groom if they need it due to welfare reasons!

🐕‍🦺 After Friday the 20th of November till the 11th of December will only be offering welfare style grooms. This means taking the coat length on the body and legs to 10mm or shorter only!

🐩 If your dog is booked in during these dates and you do not want your dogs coat taken short then please call us or move your groom online to after the 11th of December. Please be aware that we have limited availability in December!

🐶 Puppy pack grooms are still being done also as these are important to desensitise your pup to the grooming process.

📎 Nail clips can also been done if your dog needs it due to welfare reasons. This is by appointment only!

✂️ If early we may not be able to take your dog in and have limited space for clients to wait on the mezzanine due to social distancing and blocking the vet4pets waiting area.
🐕 Also being late may result in being rescheduled and another deposit taken or late charges.
