Borders Pet Rescue BORDERS PET RESCUE: because animals matter. We are a small, independent animal rescue charity based in the Scottish Borders, in operation since 1988.

We rely on public donations to help us find suitable loving homes for abandoned and unwanted pets. Borders Pet Rescue take in dogs, cats, small animals & Exotics that are no longer able to be looked after in their present homes for whatever reason. We receive no funding and rely totally on donations from the public to fund our work.

🐾 A Small Thing That Makes a Huge Difference 🐾

Right now, our rescue cats are safe, warm, fed… but we're running low on something they rely on every single day - cat litter.

It might not seem like the most exciting donation, but for the cats in our care, clean litter trays mean comfort, dignity, hygiene, and a little sense of normality while they wait for their forever homes. 💔🐱

Many of the cats who come to us arrive frightened, abandoned, neglected, or grieving the only homes they've ever known. Something as simple as a fresh, clean litter tray helps reduce stress and makes their temporary stay with us feel safer and calmer.

We’ve added much-needed litter to our Amazon Wishlist, and if anyone is able to donate even one bag, it would help more than you know ❤️
