👋 WE’RE HIRING: STOCKSPERSON NEEDED!

📍 The Hairy Highland Coo Farm

Do you love animals, love the outdoors, and want to work in the beautiful Perthshire countryside? 🥾🌿

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Stocksperson to join our team here at The Hairy Highland Coo Farm! This is a hands-on role, working closely with our beautiful Highland cattle, sheep, goats and alpacas and helping with all aspects of daily farm life.

✅ WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

🐮 Confident & experienced working with livestock – you know how to move, handle, and care for livestock safely and calmly.
🚜 Happy working outdoors in all weathers – rain or shine, the coos still need cared for!
💪 Physically fit, hard-working, and willing to muck in with every job.
⏰ Flexible with hours – including some weekends and seasonal busy periods.
📌 Reliable, practical, and have a genuine love for animals and farming.

Who remembers Lucy Goosey and her partner Angel? Well they are still here at the park and our gorgeous girl has found a new, safe place to lay her eggs. She’s been sitting for a while now and doing really well.

Watch this space for goslings soon.

It’s a ‘B-ig E-lephants A-re U-gly tiful’ day so the little lambs are outside playing on the sunshine. The babies here are just a couple of days old and loving life.

Some beautiful baby lambs arrived today. These are little blackies … Scottish Blackface - a hardy breed that do well in the highlands of Scotland.

These little ones aren’t yet ready for our popular lamb feeding sessions as they will need to transition but it won’t be long before they’ll be joining our fabulous Cheviots and of course famous Chester the Zwartbles.

We look forward to seeing you soon at the Hairy Highland Coo Farm at Auchingarrich.

Lamb feeding is on a first come / first serve basis.
