‼️‼️Good News Post ‼️‼️

As a BHS approved training and assessment centre we have to undergo a BHS inspection every other year. The in between year we have an unannounced inspection where a BHS approvals officer arrives without any prior warning to observe the running of the approved yards.

Last Thursday evening we received our unannounced visit.

I am delighted to share the feedback from that visit. Super proud of all my team - staff sharers and clients who all played a part in this fabulous feed back.

Well done everyone I am super proud of you all. It is you all that makes Hemps green equestrian Ltd the special place it is.

“ On arrival at an unannounced visit, it is clear from meeting with a variety of staff and clients and observing horses that are at ease and in comfort in their surroundings, that this is a professionally run centre with well detailed working practices in place. There is a welcoming ethos providing an inclusive atmosphere as evidenced by informal discussions with clients and staff at the time of the visit. Thank you for your time today. “

Groom vacancy

We have space for an experienced equestrian to join our team. BHS exam training provided and plenty of riding opportunities. Competing at our on site shows horse provided.

Five day week. 8-5 aprox. Will include at least one day of the weekend. On a rota. All yard duties required. Coaching opportunities also for right applicant. Ideally car driver.

Reduced exam fees for BHS exams as approved centre. Lots of training and learning in busy yard.

Must be hard working loyal and reliable. And most importantly must fit in with my current team. Weekly salary. PAYE. Contracted position. (3 month trial period) then annual contract.

🥂🥂congratulations again! 🎉🎉.

All four of our coach three candidates that attended our training camp and took the assessment at Hemps Green passed. Not only did they all pass but all got excellent feedback.

It’s such a pleasure to coach these people making their way onto the equestrian pathway. Just a few more qualified coaches we have sent in to the industry.

FULL TIME VACANCY

Equine assistant yard manager and trainee coach.

This is a role to assist current head person. Would suit part qualified person wanting to increase their qualifications. Busy exam centre with lots of training and opportunity to train and take exams as part of your role. We train from stage one to stage four complete. So could suit stage three wanting to train for stage four ride and or coach.

Plenty of riding with opportunity to compete at onsite shows, dressage, arena eventing and sj. Onsite xc course for xc training.
Lots of quality horses to ride.

High standards required, good work ethic essential and team player to fit into current hard working team. Would require one day of the weekend. Hours 8-5 and on PAYE salary dependant on experience and qualification. Car driver beneficial as isolated location.
