🥃 Smooth, creamy and kissed by whisky – Amber Mist has been perfected ✨

Our new recipe intertwines 12-month-matured Cheddar with an award-winning single malt whisky, aged in former bourbon barrels and matured in Madeira casks. The result is a rich and rounded cheese with malty whisky notes and a whisper of buttery toffee.

Serve simply on a Wholemeal & Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cracker with Fig & Apple Chutney, or make it an evening cheese course alongside a wee dram.
