Are you worried about the safety and security of your ramp? If you'd like us to put your mind at ease then why not book in for a FREE check up?

This was a ramp replacement done recently for a customer. The ramp had taken in a lot of water over its time causing the inside to turn to mush. The exterior of the GRP visually makes the ramp look ok but when manoeuvring you could feel that the core had gone and needed replacing.

FREE Health Checks on all ramps and flooring at our premises to give you peace of mind!

How many times do you check on the health of your horse box? Do you check your ramps or flooring enough?

If your horse was to go through your ramp this could be the last time he/she will want to risk doing that again and cause you some real problems in future loading not to mention the injuries that could potentially be caused!

As you can see in this post we have a number of vehicles through the door of owners (some not aware) of the condition of the insides of their ramps due to heavy rubbers etc hiding these issues.

Here we have a customers horse box which we have worked on a number of times in the past. Unfortunately the customer is having to sell their vehicle so decided to bring it to us for a little overhaul in the horse area. As you can see in the images the before and afters. We completely scrubbed the inside of the horse area and cleaned out thoroughly. Removed and replaced all the tired EVA panels to brand new ones then sealed throughout. We stripped off the torn vinyl covering on the breast bar and replaced to look as good as new.

One of our latest jobs complete for another extremely happy customer.

This lorry was brought to us with an extremely unsafe ramp. This ramp had been built and deteriorated very easily due to the boards being left open to the elements and the carpet acting like a sponge to the rain soaking through.

We completely stripped the ramp back as shown in the images. We re boarded the ramp and then replaced the carpet method with a 4 way non slip rubber matting. We replaced all the aluminium for new treads and then capped the edging preventing anything getting to the new boards.
