These girls are still in need of a home and are ready to !

🐔🐔REHOMING POST ‼️

These girls are looking for a loving adoption/loan home all the girls are laying but we don’t have a clue on age due to them being rescues.

We have two of these beautiful bantam girls and they look identical, they can be quite bossy in the flock so would suit a home with a medium sized flock not suited to a set up with pekins ect.

They have been treated with ivermectin treatment and would have had a full course of worming treatment and no signs of avien influenza/bird flu before leaving us.

You will need to have a suitable set up for them upon applying ( we will check ) and have some knowledge of chicken keeping (we will be happy to give further advice) a donation fee will apply along with agreeing to our rehoming contract & terms and conditions.

Please apply if you live within a 40mile radius from Chichester(further will be to our discretion)

We will not split these girls and you will have to have suitable transport to view/collect them in. Delivery can be arranged within reason.

Minimum donation of £8.00 required per female duck
Collection from the rescue in Chichester on the 30th and 31st of August. ( POSTPONED due to reservations not filled quick enough) COLLECTION 06 & 07 September now

Only 75 girls available they are all different breeds
Please send a picture of your set up, your mobile number and your address to our messenger and once confirmed payment is required to be sent to the rescue bank account.

We are paying for these ducks they are still laying eggs daily and we also need to cover costs of collecting the girls from the farm if we could rehome them for less we would!! THANK YOU!

As the weeks go on it’s getting more and more worrying that we are approaching winter.

Funds are always a struggle in the world of caring for animals let alone rescue animals, we have a large vet bill invoice due in shortly 😩 and we are having to pay for extra monthly rent due to taking on the Colgate field to be able to keep our sheep healthy during the winter.

Our plan is to have an online auction soon, some of you may be familiar with online auctions but if not we will explain it when we do decide on a date, but we need a little bit of help… we have a few items to auction off to raise funds but we would be incredibly grateful if anyone has any new/nearly new items or vouchers they would be willing to donate to help us raise as much as possible.

Rehoming fees help keep us afloat but at the moment we don’t have hardly any animals ready to find their adoption homes due to them needing extra care and tlc so we need to come up with other ideas to keep every mouth fed and watered and sheltered.
