When doggies join us as an adult, having not experienced a grooming salon before the way we work is to treat them, as if they are 12 week old puppy, to introduce them very 🐾 gradually 🐾 carefully 🐾 compassionately 🐾 patiently to all the different areas of the experience.
This helps to reduce any fears are anxieties that they might apprehend, prevent any negative, or worrying experience, and allows time to build up their trust and confidence.
We work in a way that we are guided by the doggies in what we are doing, how long we do something for and how we do something for example sc******ng a certain paw, or brushing out a tail, so that throughout the process in the Spoilt Rotten salon everything we do, the doggies think was their idea 💡
Having what we are doing being, their idea means they are fully on board with what we are doing, they have a positive experience, they enjoy their experience, and most importantly, they always want to come back ❤️
It’s the most rewarding feeling knowing that you have got a doggies trust and confidence, and with the amount of experience we have, we are able to achieve this often in just an hour working with a new doggy 🐾
When you choose Spoilt Rotten, you are simply choosing the salon they would choose 🐾 it’s the sole reason I set up the salon, because I wouldn’t trust anyone with my own and now I extend that to my team 💗 and we strive to support others as much as we can 🐾
