🐾 Important Update from Pampered Pups 🐾
Firstly, I would like to thank all of my wonderful clients for your continued support. Your loyalty means so much to my small business.
Due to increasing costs and to allow me to continue providing the highest standard of care and grooming, there will be a small price increase from 1st July 2026.
While I have your attention, please take a moment to read the following salon reminders:
🐶 Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive early, I may still be working on another dog and you may be asked to wait until your scheduled appointment time.
🐶 Please collect your dog promptly when notified. Late collections will incur a charge of £10 per half hour.
🐶 Please ensure your dog has been to the toilet before arriving for their appointment.
🐶 Please inform me of any medical conditions, injuries, behavioural issues, aggression, or recent changes in your dog's health before their groom.
🐶 If your dog has fleas, please let me know before your appointment. Flea infestations require additional cleaning and treatment of the salon, and an additional £10 fee will be added to the groom.
🐶 A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will be charged at the full groom price.
🐶 Additional charges may apply for heavily matted coats, excessive de-matting, difficult behaviour, or where significantly more time is required than expected.
🐶 Please ensure your contact details are kept up to date so that I can reach you if needed during your dog's appointment.
