Meet Milo & Nala 🐾

Milo the Bichon Frise absolutely melted my heart today. He’s such a calm, cuddly little cloud of happiness and truly a dream to groom. He’s always got the fluff around his lips in his mouth and it drives him mad, so we took it a little shorter today to help keep things tidy and comfortable for him. Scroll to see his classic Bichon dance!

Next up was Nala the German Shepherd. She's definitely my loudest, bounciest whirlwind of joy! Bouncing in the bath, barking constantly, and biting at the dryer. She gives me a proper workout but once we’re finished we have lots of kisses, cuddles, and that light, fluffy coat makes it all worth it.

Meet Rosie and Malibu 🐾

Rosie the Cocker Spaniel joined me for her very first bath and dry as a gentle introduction. She’s a little nervous about her feet being touched, so we’re taking things slowly and building her confidence step by step. She’ll be back in a couple of weeks for her groom.

Next up was Malibu the Samoyed for his deshed. He has an extreme double coat that keeps him nice and cool in this warm weather, but it still needs plenty of care. After lots of shampoo, drying, brushing, and a little tidy up, he’s feeling fresh and fabulous. He refused a photo today though, so here’s his beautiful butt instead!

"We took our Shiba Inu, Momo, to Bark & Bubble by Bronte for a de-shedding treatment and it was honestly the best grooming experience we’ve had. Bronte was so patient, knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what she does.

Momo came back looking absolutely amazing — his coat was incredibly soft, tidy and the amount of loose fur removed was unbelievable! You could really tell the care and attention that went into the groom, especially with a breed like a Shiba Inu that can be quite challenging during shedding season.

The whole experience felt calm, professional and genuinely caring from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bark & Bubble by Bronte and we’ll definitely be returning. Thank you again, Bronte!"

Meet Alfie and Bailey 🐾

First up was Alfie the Bichon Frise, in for his very first groom with me and he was an absolute star! His coat is like soft cotton wool, so it was lovely to mix up the techniques a bit and really work with that gorgeous texture.Then came Bailey the Cockapoo. He can feel a little unsure about having his nails trimmed, so we did those first while he still had plenty of patience. Once that was out of the way, we carried on with his short, summer groom to keep him nice and cool in this warm weather. Cheeky boys 🩵

Meet Chewie, Star, and Momo 🐾

Chewie the Yorkshire Terrier was an absolute dream today. So tiny, so sweet, and just irresistibly cute!

Star the Japanese Spitz is getting braver every visit. Her confidence with nail trims is really growing and today we managed every nail in 15 minutes...amazing progress!

Momo the Shiba Inu joined me for the first time today. He was a little unsure about being picked up, but otherwise he settled beautifully and did so well with his deshed.

Meet Oakley and Tinkerbell 🐾

Oakley the German Shepherd was in for her regular deshed and coat tidy today. We got lots of undercoat out, and she’s now feeling lighter, softer, and ready for the warmer weather 💜

Little Tinkerbell the Yorkiepoo joined me for her very first groom here at Bark & Bubble, and she did brilliantly. What a happy little cutie 🩷

Meet Teddie and Colin 🐾

Teddie the Lakeland Terrier was such a gorgeous girl for her groom today. She’s still not too sure about the dryer on her face, so we’re taking it steady. One day that little beard will sit perfectly straight, but I love it anyway 🩷

Colin the Collie Springer cross was very brave for his first groom with me. He was very jumpy with the dryer, so we slowed things right down and he did brilliantly. With a nice tidy all over, he headed home feeling fresh and happy 💚
