A reminder I will be on maternity leave from January until the spring, so while we’ll do our very best to fit everyone in, it will just be Nisha grooming during this time. With over 900 lovely clients on our books, there may be occasions when we can’t accommodate your preferred schedule…

Steph (Alfie & Friends Grooming), who rents a table in our salon, will be helping with our overflow as much as she can, And of course we completely understand if you need to visit one of the other wonderful local groomers during this time - we’re happy to share their details if needed!

• 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞 •

Before we get organised with the 2026 diary, I thought I would update you all of my Maternity Leave in the new year… Of course things can change at any moment but here is our plan of action all being well…🤞

I aim to be working in the salon as close to due date as possible (early January). Once baby arrives, I will go on full maternity leave until Spring.

Our amazing team will be keeping the salon running however this does mean there will be a few temporary changes.

Obviously being a groomer down, they will be working on reduced appointment availability and although they will do their upmost to fit you in, with over 900 dogs on our books this may be difficult at times. Steph - Alfie & Friends Grooming, who many of you have met in the salon as she rents a table is happy to take on our overflow, and we do completely understand if on the occasion you may need to go to one of the other fabulous local groomers in order to stick to your desired schedule before we can refit you in.

There are also a few doggies, that usually require only myself to groom them (they can be a little challenging at times 😉) or require both myself & Nisha to groom them due to their size. These doggies owners I will contact individually to advise the best route temporarily going forward until my return.
