Hi, We are Paul & Emma, We founded The Nourished Hoof to provide good quality hoof and skin products. He is a lecturer/tutor at a farriery college and has ran clinics and taught farriery internationally. Emma has owned horses and worked in the equine industry most of her life, she has experience in owning, backing, schooling, competing and behavioural issues with horses. Together we have over 50 years of experience working professionally in the equine industry.

Heatwave 🌞

As you enjoy this lovely weather please don’t forget yours horses hooves!
Everything loses moisture in heat, the hoof is no different, not only do dry feet crack and split, leading to lost shoes or lameness, they also don’t function well either, hooves move and bend under load, any structure that needs to bend has to be pliable, dry brittle hooves just explode under load.
To our wonderful Nourished hoof army who already use our hoof products, please take a tub of your chosen product up to the field with you and spend a minute to treat your horses hooves to some love and support in this dry weather, prevention is always better than the cure.
