WHY THE 10-MINUTE BUFFER? 🐾

A quick reminder for everyone using Dog Field & Barn:

🕐 Your booking is 50 minutes — starting on the hour and ending at 50 minutes past.

🚫 The 10-minute buffer belongs to nobody. It allows us to inspect the field and gives you time to leave the field and car park without meeting the next car.

🚗 Arriving early? Please wait in the lay-by at the bottom of the lane until your booking time.

⏰ At 50 minutes past, please leave the field immediately and exit the car park. Nobody should remain in the field beyond their booked 50 minutes.

This is especially important as some dogs can be reactive, and keeping arrivals and departures separate helps keep everyone safe and stress-free. 🐶💕

UPDATE - the barn is now finished so no more workmen on site during the weekdays. Back to normal 😀

‼️Access to the barn is restricted today as the workmen finish off the brickwork which should all be completed today. If you are coming specifically to use the barn please contact me and I can change your session ‼️

The field is accessible and ready to use as normal.

🌤️ Good news—the heat has eased, and it’s time to let the zoomies begin!

Now that the temperatures have dropped to a safe level, it’s the perfect time to let your four-legged friends stretch their legs, sniff to their heart’s content, and burn off all that pent-up energy! 🐕💨

Nearly fully booked today – thank you so much to everyone who uses and supports the field! 🐾

We still have some spaces available tomorrow if anyone is looking for a safe, secure place to exercise their dogs, let them run free, and enjoy some off-lead fun.

🚧🐾 Important Notice 🐾🚧

From Wednesday 17th, for approximately 3 weeks, contractors will be on site finishing the brickwork around the barn 🧱🏡

👷‍♂️ The workmen will be using a small section of the car park as their working area and will be starting around the back of the barn.

✅ The barn and field will remain fully accessible and can be used as normal.

🐶 However, if your dog is likely to be distracted by the workmen or building activity, we recommend booking the field:
🌅 After 5pm on weekdays
🌳 Or at weekends

The weather might be a little unpredictable, but we’re making the most of it! 🌿🐾 Our field is looking fantastic and ready for plenty of outdoor fun, fresh air, and adventures. ☀️🐕💨

And if the rain does decide to make an appearance, we’ve still got our indoor barn as a backup to keep everyone comfortable. 🌦️🏡
